Yeah, never negotitate in person. The only times I go to a dealer is to buy one or to test drive a new model, and I make it clear all I want to do is test drive and then research. If they don't like it, tough sh%t, I've had better than expected luck with my local dealer, but.......I'm just waiting for the right spec (I'm picky and want manual transmission and limited options on a TRD Off Road).
