Bumping this thread, I think I'm switching to a Tacoma. The bulk of the issues with sand and wetness will be taken care of with.........a truck bed. Ha....right now with the Bronco I basically just throw everything in the rear, and then with the top off or whatever the sand blows everywhere...

How do these hold up to sand and water (i.e. me getting into the driver's seat after surfing and forgetting a towel).
