I'm debating the same move from a 2 door Bronco. I haven't had any major issues, just some quirks. Mainly just looking at having a truck again (last one was in 2006 - '93 22R-E). How's the move been?

Bumping this thread, I think I'm switching to a Tacoma. The bulk of the issues with sand and wetness will be taken care of with.........a truck bed. Ha....right now with the Bronco I basically just throw everything in the rear, and then with the top off or whatever the sand blows everywhere...

How do these hold up to sand and water (i.e. me getting into the driver's seat after surfing and forgetting a towel).

Man, I’m really thinking about the PreRunner, let me know how it is day to day from a storage standpoint accessing behind the front seats. If it was available as a manual I’d definitely be all over it. I like the 6’ bed and probably could use the LSD to get out of anything I need to get out of.

Transition Spur, I'm using a 1up rack on my Bronco right now, works well. Prerunner maybe in 2028 or so, give the Bronco a few years and some more miles probably.
