Was just on YouTube and saw an install video for a 14" plug & play replacement for the 8" screen.
Anyone else see this? First I saw any aftermarket replacement for the 8" display.
Is CT Home a reputable manufacturer? Never heard of them.

I've recently finished installing a 14" screen and 360 camera system that I bought from Ali Express. It has better specs than the one you saw on YouTube and comes out a little cheaper.

I plan on doing a write up as soon as I get some time but overall, I would recommend it. There are a few minor quirks but nothing too serious.

It took about 2 weeks to arrive but took me less than 2 hours to install. I spent most of the time making sure I had all the cables correct. there were a couple that I didn't use like the USB A cables that came with the system. The only thing I had to use from the old 8" OEM screen for the new 14.6" was the cable for and the USB C housing on the side of the old radio. Everything was plug and play and although I didn't expect everything to work first try it did. Easy and way overdue upgrade. Also like the Android based system better than the Toyota software. I can use Carplay and steering wheel controls no problem. The USB C on the side charges and works as it did in the old system. Setup my phone's Hotspot to the Android system to connect to the Google Play store. It will stream videos from apps like Netflix, Apple TV and Prime with no issues. All in all it was a great upgrade that cost me a little over $1100 including taxes and shipping. Way better than the few thousand I was told it would cost to upgrade to the OEM Toyota 14"
