I don't know if people think I'm nit-picky or not. But in this thread, I am.
Two things that really bother me are bright lights when driving at night. I've always been light-sensitive. So when I noticed several of the icons on the instrument cluster don't dim with the screen and remain at full brightness, I immediately sent feedback to Toyota USA. Let's hope they fix this. I encourage everyone to do the same, the more feedback, the more they might do something. Given it's just a software update, it could happen.
Then, I turned on the Auto high beams. This green light shined brighter than the sun on a dark farm road. I'm not sure if it dims with any of the dimming settings or not, but given I have all three of those settings turned low already, It's still too bright. So I did something about it.
If you haven't heard of Light Dim films before, you have now. I have them on any charger in the bedroom. Any Little LEDs on my desk. Every rechargeable electric razor and toothbrush that illuminates the bathroom just off the bedroom. I keep finding reasons to use these little stickers. Now, my Auto high beam LED is at least reasonable.
What other little improvement mods have you done to your Truck?
