Third brake light/cameras install

I am installing a Wolfbox rear view mirror/camera system in my 2025 TRDOR and have decided to use the PRO third brake light w/cameras for the rear camera function. Here's my question...has anyone run wiring under the headliner without dropping the headliner down?
It seems like there is a lot of open space between the headliner and the roof panel so fishing a few wires through should not be an issue.

I've done it before with past vehicles including my 4Runner. Wasn't an issue.
