So my 2024 TRD OR has about 11K miles so far since getting it in the start of 2025. Havent had any issues that ive had to take the truck in for since then.

Well, this evening something not so great seemed to of just started. I started the truck and noticed right away that my passenger headlight was on and on high beam. Turning the headlight stalk switch seemed to un-reliably perform its functions on the drivers side headlight. But regardless the passenger side headlight is just on high beam 24\7 and cannot be shut off.

It also seemed like the interior door\cargo lights were inconsistently working as expected as i toggled the overhead switch to the various positions. Overall the lighting on the truck seemed like something is going on that the systems arent liking.

I disconnected the negative battery terminal for a few minutes and reconnected but that didnt seem to do anything. I pulled some codes with Carista for now and disconnected the negative terminal overnight to see what tomorrow brings.

Here are the codes i was able to pull. Any thoughts or next steps would be appreciated. Not sure what else I can do\look at or check tomorrow if its not magically resolved to try to determine what may of happened. Obviously will be scheduling an appointment with the dealer ASAP if nothing comes of anything.

Without looking them up specifically, I can tell you the B codes are all body control issues, and the U codes are communication codes between modules. Definitely an electrical issue. I'd almost be willing to bet there's a pinched/damaged wiring harness somewhere.
