This is a like new VF Tuner CAN cable and adapter. I bought it new with the DIY KDMaxx tune for my 3rd gen. Only used it a few times and no issues. This cable, along with VF Tuner(free download to your computer) and the tune files(purchase from Yotaworx or OTtune will allow you to load different tunes in your truck as you please (even back to stock).
