Hey we lived in San Anton for 5-years....1985-1990....on the southeast side military base (Brooks AFB). We love the city, our youngest was born there at Wilford Hall medical center. Best Mexican food ANYWHERE!
I wish I would've gotten to tour the Tundra plant there.....my 2014 Tundra was made there. I heard Toyota is expanding it to start making Tacomas there, too.

I live like 20 minutes from there, yeah they start making Tacoma and Tundras here that's really awesome!

Well you may be sad to hear then that Brooks AFB doesn't exist anymore but the whole area is built up with commercial business and the old WHMC was finally demolished (I was born there too in the early '80s). Toyota used to build the Tacoma's at the plant here but the 4th gen product was moved to Mexico.. however they are bringing production back with a brand new production facility adjacent to the current Tundra plant and is supposed to be operational by 2030.
