I also had the DP Accessories lug nuts posted above, though I got them on Amazon. I later switched them out for the shorter ET style lug nuts. I'm pretty sure I still have the longer DP lugs in my shed. You can have them for free. I can look into shipping or you can pick them up when you're in the area.

Yea I don't have the hub centric rings atm, so method recommended the ETs. I did find a set on Amazon another member said have been good:
