Anyone removed the drain plugs under the body to “rinse out salt”?

Any dirt off-roader and salt belt commuters, have you played with unplugging the row of plastic drain plugs under driver and passenger side of the truck body/cabin in an attempt to thoroughly rinse what may have trapped in there? I go through car wash the past winter regularly, I may be overthinking it.
