285/70/17 Falken Wildpeak AT4W on +25 offset

Hi all. I have been searching extensively, but I can not get a solid conformation of the setup rubbing or not. So I Have ordered some RRW- RR7-V 17x8.5 +25 offset. I am planning to run these wheels on my Stock setup with no lift whatsoever on my 2025 Tacoma TRD OFF ROAD Hybrid on Falken Wildpeak AT4W 285/70/17. The question is will I run into rubbing and having to trim fender liner in the back for the front of front wheel well?? Does anyone with the current tire size and +25 offset wheel confirm that it will clear or rub. I would really appreciate this.

They will 100% fit and not rub. I have a sport with 275/70/18s. They are 33.2 and the ones you are ordering are just a few fractions of an inch (just under 33”) less in height / circumference. They will fit and look great!

There’s plenty of videos online to show what rubs and what doesn’t.

I have rrw 17x8.5 +25 w/ MT Baja Boss AT 285/70/17, no lift on TRD OR non-hybrid - these did not rub with the small USDM mudflaps that came on the truck but they did rub on the CDM mudflaps i put on - ended up trimming the CDM mudflaps.

Have you towed anything with the wheel/tire setup? Was there any rubbing then?

Awesome that's great info! I do not have to worry about those mudflaps, since I am running the Rockblokz. Lets hope they wont rub on the hybrid. From what I have heard they are 400lbs heavier in weight than the non-hybrid.
