SXTH Element - Cold Air Intake - Leadtimes/Pre-orders?

Just pre-ordered the SXTH Element CAI for my Tacoma. Wondering from other folks whose bought direct from SXTH what their Leadtimes were for the pre-order?

I remember checking their website out about late Aug. and they actually had a expected arrival date listed for their CAIs, but today when I went to go order there was no ETAs for pre-orders

I've emailed them to hopefully get a ballpark but figured I'd ask the community, see how long others were waiting.

I’m just waiting until Nov to see if SXTH get the CARB clearance …. I haven’t looked into the other manufacturers to see if they have it or are working on it.

If anyone knows or has heard anything, let me know.

I ordered the bed step relocation bracket from them on July 25th. I don't remember the original promise date, but got an email from them on August 1st that the order would be delayed until September 5th. Emailed them on September 8th and radio Silence. I'm not holding my breath waiting for it....

I have ordered several items from Sxth, including the CAI, recovery hooks & step bracket and turnaround was within 2 weeks each time. Response on questions/emails within 2 days usually.

Hope I have better luck, nothing special about their product to be waiting that long.

Same experience. I ordered on July 1 with shipping expected the first week of August. That got moved to late August...and then to early September.

I emailed them on September 3 and they responded that shipping had slipped to September 19. This morning SXTH customer service sent an email stating the relocation bracket has been "stuck in processing" and is estimated to arrive at the end of September.

It’s washable. It looks just like afe or any of the other dry ones.

I appreciate the info. I was debating which one to go with and I think I’ll go with dry.

I ordered mine on August 16th and I swore it was available for purchase. I emailed them and they said it must’ve been a bug on the page… I’ll give them the benefit of the doubt.

They said the expected ETA was September 15th. I’ll check this week and see if it’s shipped if not I might go another route.

When I talked to them they said their stock they get in and going straight to pre-orders, they can't keep up with the demand. So I would say it's a fair assumption if you ordered in August you were a part of that September arrival.
