Color-Matched Side View Mirror Covers - Part Numbers # and Installed Pics (on 2024 Tacoma Limited)

Just installed color matched side-view mirror covers on our Limited. Took 90 seconds. For installation, use a trim removal tool and pry up on the bottom front edge only. Don't pry anywhere else. Slide the tool along the length of the bottom, and the clips will release. Simple.

Part numbers for the mirrors are:

Left: 87945-AK030-xx xx=color code
Right: 87915-AK030-xx xx=color code

Our Crush Blue color code was J0. More color codes are below. You can find your color number on the VIN plate, and match it to the code, below.

Massive improvement in looks. Even if you like Chrome, the mirror covers were just too much.

color codes:

G0 = dark green (color number 6V7)
E2 = terra (color number 4Z0)
B2 = dark gray (color number 1L7) [Underground?]
B0 = gray metallic? (color number 1G3)
D0 = emotional red (color number 3U5)
A0 = platinum white pearl metallic (color number 089)
E0 = vintage brown pearl (color number 4X4)
G1 = urban khaki (color number 6X3)
G2 = oxide bronze metallic (color number 6X1) [Bronze Oxide]
B1 = silver metallic cs (color number 1J9)
C1 = black (color number 202)
A1 = super white 2 (color number 089)
E1 = pop orange cs (color number 4W5)
C0 = attitude black cs (color number 218)
J0 = dark blue metallic (color number 8W7)

Thanks for the tip - im gonna pull mine off today.
Will try black plastidip cause i think matt black will look good on mine..
If that doesn't last ill probably order color matched.

nice refrence chart thank you, looking at those codes i wonder if there is a clue to future tacoma colors? Seeing Dark Green and Vintage Brown. Give high hopes of an available option for 2025 tacos ?

I was ready to pull the plug for my '24 Limited in Wind Chill Pearl, but all the online Toyota parts web sites shows that:

A0 is Super White
A1 is Wind Chill Pearl (listed as "Painted White Pearl)
Are the above codes swapped?

Can anyone confirm or deny?

Bringing this back from the dead for those in my shoes. I think there's another thread on this I'll post in, but just to clarify at least for those with underground gray (I have a 25 Limited w chrome covers originally) the following is what I ordered and fit perfectly (includes the notch/cutout for the side blinkers):
87945-AK030-B1 Cover, Outer Mirror, Left Hand, Dark Gray
87915-AK030-B1 Cover, Outer Mirror, Right Hand, Dark Gray

I almost ordered the -B2 color code from the codes above but someone already had ordered it in another thread and confirmed as well so just an FYI for those with the Underground Gray, mainly look for the description "Dark Gray" wherever you get it from to confirm since it doesn't follow the same scheme above, at least for these particular parts. For reference in late 2025, with sale pricing direct from Toyota Parts it was $95 shipped for both.
