3 hours with tech support, a little welding, and a prayer. Behold…, knob 2.0. Took less than 5 seconds to swap out. So much better. Part # 90011-23050.
I have the MagnaFlow Overland system with the side sweep. Zero drone, quiet in the cab. Maybe moderate sound level outside. Deep mellow sound overall with some added hiss under load.

The email replies I received from Hellwig were short and very poorly written. I assumed their customer support wasn’t local and they wouldn’t have experience with the product. Also, my concerns/issues would require a redesign. So the bar was returned for a refund.

On the plus side, install is a snap. Messing with the driveline probably took the longest. Once you have the bars side by side you’ll see how impressive the Hellwig bar is. The weight difference between the two made me laugh.
