    Pretty sure you have "" As far as the maps without service goes, On is a good option too. They allow you to download offline maps and it integrates with apple/android to display on the screen.

    Just taking a stab in the dark, but it could be a college/military discount that they like to throw in there that only applies if your eligible. Or it could be legit. I would call and ask. The dealership that I bought mine from did take 500 right off the top, no questions asked.

    Front rail stays where it's at. The side rails are relocated down about an inch with the rails/brackets for the cover.
