That's horrible, I had a collector car stolen a few years back and I don't wish that upon anyone. I know it's no help now but after that experience I started putting AirTags in all of my vehicles, somewhere discreet.
As long as it stops, you should be good! I remember hearing a strange electric motor noise on my Audi one day, the ECU fried itself and the fuel pump just kept running until I disconnected the battery.
I find myself enjoying narrow tires more and more, probably due to the rolling resistance and better fuel economy, but I enjoy the steering feel around town a bit more.
We can supply the surround but as you already mentioned it would need to be painted to match.

I've been looking into this and there are some additional comments about it not being available. If you have a part number(s) I can try and check our system for the kit or specific components.
Here is the thread I was reading:

It's not just the heat, but the direct sun that's most likely causing the issue. Try putting up a sun shade or even put a towel around the mirror and see if it still acts up.
I agree with the +2 PSI to get a little more out of your tires. Just don't push it. I recently had some tires replaced on one of my cars and they were 8psi above the recommendation! It was wandering like crazy at the rear, couldn't wait to get off the freeway.
Some vehicles come from the factory with the plugs installed, and subsequent service bulletins call for them to be removed. So there's a chance they weren't suppose to be there anyhow. Shouldn't have any issues without them.
Nicely done, nice writeup. And good on you for being proactive about the fluid, even if some others might think it's unnecessary. The peace of mind is well worth it.
