The TRD exhaust on my 2g included a new muffler, tail pipe, and tip. The 3g Pros came with the TRD exhaust that had a different muffler/tail pipe/tip.
What's unclear is whether the 2024/25 Pros have the full "TRD" exhaust that includes both part numbers above.

The Hybrids have a larger rear diff and brakes (13.2" rotors vs 12.2" - not sure why Toyota refers to them and 16/17" brakes). The brake line routing on the hybrids is different. They may work with 17" wheels. Non-hybrids, even Sports that came with 18" wheels, have the brakes with the odd...
I got my VIN on Jan 24th, the same day they forecasted the "build date". It didn't leave Mexico until February 18th and it had zero PPOs - not even mudguards! I'm guessing 7 days to get to the port in Long Beach, maybe 6 days to get offloaded and put on a train/truck, and another 5 days to get...
Hybrid Tacomas have larger rear brakes and the brake line routing is different. You would probably have more clearance than 17s on a non-hybrid. Easy to slip on a wheel without a tire to check.
The warranty/repair invoice should have part numbers for what was replaced. When referenced, the new part numbers should say replaces/supersedes xxx-xx. Can you post the part numbers?
Well the million dollar question is, if the Pro/TH intakes throw codes in non Pro/TH Tacomas because they flow more, then how does the hp/tq curves differ when recalibrated?
Toyota doesn't show a hp/tq gain for the Pro (but does show a decrease for the TH - snorkel more restrictive?). Is there...
Curious what VIN/availability dates you have. My VIN (not a temp) ends in 18705 and shows as in build phase but no availability date.
Checking online, I see another Pro, built after mine, with a 18885 VIN showing "build phase. Estimated availability 02/10/25 - 03/02/25" and one with 18495 VIN...
I'm still seeing Feb 4th. Might actually prefer it to start early and get resolved by March. My temp VIN turned into a real VIN on the 24th but it still shows "In production". I heard that Pros and THs leave the factory with a VIN but then get all the extra stuff added post production. Then they...
I don't think $50,000 Tacomas are going to go to $62,500. The 25% tariff is on Mexican/Canadian products. The Tacomas are actually about 1/3 US content, 1/3 Japan content, and 1/3 Mex/Cad content.
The Tariff is what the distributor pays. Assuming 11% profit, they pay about $44K. Of that 1/3 is...
