Will definitely do. It's only a matter of time before the market gets flooded with aftermarket support for our truck. But for now, very slim pickings for small items like this.
That would fly I guess. For the logo won't be to obvious by then. Not a bad option for a $10 part.
When I bought mine. I did not see this as an available option. I found several aftermarket ones. I got the one from Corn Fed Suspension, same price as this one. But at least this one is OEM. OEM is and will always be a better option for me. They look very similar to each other though.
I have been annoyed by how it looks as well since day one. Still waiting for more options. The posted link from Amazon has the company logo in color. I would rather have something that is plain black. Been looking around, Etsy does not have any options for now either.
I personally think that 40 is on the high side. I just went by what I was told for it was the manufacturer who gave me those numbers. After reading what you said, I will have to do the chalk test now I suppose, to see what the ideal numbers are for me.
I was about to ask that. Should we wait until we get the notice in the mail before we head to the dealer? Or should we go now and just get it over with. Seems like waiting is the option for now. Besides, an earlier post said something about parts availability being an issue as well.
I have the OEM mat right now. But I would rather have something that has higher/raised edges to contain snow, water, mud or any debris within the mat itself.
I am running 40 on my KO3, 285/70/17. Called the manufacturer and was told that that is the optimal for our truck. Rides is a tad bouncy, but will help in maxing out the tread life of the tire per manufacturer. I am just winging it and going by what they said, hoping they are right. ?
What size is optimal for our trucks? Thinking of purchasing a Kinetic Rope just in case the need arises when I am on the trails. I looked it up and it seems like the suggested size is 7/8 X 20. Any input as to which size I should get?
I see a lot of people doing that actually. Using a different app then uploading the info on Gaia. And you are right, AllTrails is not CarPlay compatible.
