Which 500 amp relay did you use? I've got some flexible 2/0 wire ready to go once the bumper selection is figured out. Hate having to make a run to the back seat, but it is what it is. Just hoping my gamble getting the Badland Apex 1200 synth line I got on black Friday works out once Victory 4x4...
My short list is the Stealth Bumper by Cali Raised, and Victory 4x4's unreleased front bumper, which Victory 4x4 recently mentioned is being redesigned to keep the radar in the stock location.
I really like my Victory 4x4 skid plate. Using a Fumoto valve will make it easier to deal with the drain plug, been using Fumoto for years. I like how the Victory 4x4 is compatible with all trim models.
The latest update to my saga. AWE doesn't want to leave me hanging while they try and get their hands on a limited hybrid. So again, they offered a refund, which they were ready for another option knowing that wasn't the door I was going to pick. Their next suggestion is to find a local...
Thank you for keeping us enthusiast in the loop. I've been keeping an eye on the CBI versus Stealth Bumper by Cali Raised, and Victory 4x4. I like how the CBI super sport and Stealth Bumper by Cali Raised would keep more of my limited bumper intact, and will have a hard decision once the Victory...
OP doesn't have a hybrid, unless they removed the badge, so that may be an option. Maybe cost prohibitive. New rotors, probably different caliper and mounts, ETC. Maybe even new wheels, as mine are 18", I think non hybrids are 17"?
Brembo has nothing yet for 4th gen. Probably too early for some of the premium options I guess. When it's been more time for demand to rise, I suspect more options will be available. Knock on wood, hopefully I will have a harder time warping these. :fingerscrossed:
My local trusted mechanic likes to sell me on high carbon rotors, to combat my tendency to warp them? It worked well on my Escalade, before I sold it to get the Tacoma. I'm not sold on holes, slots, etc. And I imagine carbon ceramic probably is better, but doesn't seem worth it on a truck...
Thank you for the explanation. I tend to warp them, as I can be an aggressive driver. I'll make sure the lug nuts are not over tightened, as I suspect they are from the factory.
This is spot on. I really wanted the blue, but it was very rare in a limited i-force max. I settled with underground, but I pine for the blue everytime I see one.
When I remote start mine, it flashes like it does when you first apply the brakes to draw attention, then goes solid. And I have the Stage Series Reverse Light Kit double piggybacked to the back of the trailer plug. So I'm drawing more than a single hitch light. I was worried I might be drawing...
