My allocation showed up on the dealer's website this last weekend (with the final VIN). I called them and they said it was on the train headed north, and they might see it as early as the first week of August. I did an inventory search and found it on Toyota's site, too, which reflected Aug 1st...
I just watched. I've got my Cali kit, and my trucks headed north on the choo-choo from Mexico. I'll mount them on the Cali brackets first, and if they bug me, I'll spend another dime on M&R's bracket. Thanks for posting.
Toyota has been building them for forty years. Change your oil ever 5,000 and note the instructions in the manual about idling after putting it to the metal.
Do you have a dealer allocation that you've put money down on? Or has the dealer just promised he'd find one?
The only thing that might change with the 2025s is the grill.
I put an allocation down three weeks ago. Yesterday, the exact build showed up on the dealer's website. I called them up, and they said, yes, it's my truck and Toyota puts them on the dealer's page when they are built.
I'll buy a tank of 91 octane if I ever drive to the top of Pikes Peakā14'000' to keep the knocks away.
Until then, Big Oil will have to pry my plastic credit card out from my cold fingers before I buy more expensive gas than my truck needs.
I wonder if it's not something to do with the hybrid system? My OR with the Premium package passed inspection and is northbound on the choo-choo. It's certainly not a Trailhunter though.
