I think the OP is using the estimated miles reading after loading the tank. This is just the predicted miles left based on your average mpg.
Everyone should be using the odometer for the correct miles driven, or reset your trip reading when you fill up to calculate an mpg.
It doesn't seem to be a mid level trim after comparing all the trims.
If I was ignoring two higher trims, the OR is the highest trim you can get. I'm just comparing what I see at the website which is 6 trims.
Yes those ford stories are very common, but the same there's also many Fords running just as long as a Toyota. That bad towing is a problem with all pickups, even tacoma's. Some owner reporting problems at 4,000 lbs. IMO whatever the spec is, the real towing is probably 80%, those high tow specs...
For long term, agree. There's also many Fords out there with 300k+ miles (with normal regular maintenance too), but having to spend an extra 18k on a Taco 4G to match the features on a Maverick (engine spec isn't too crazy different) isn't ideal. For example even if the future Stout comes out...
Just because it's popular doesn't mean mid level, it's just in range of most people's budget....unless thats today's mid level definition, don't know.
There's SR, SR5, TRD PreRunner, TRD Sport, TRD OR, and the Limited. TRD OR is two (or 3) from the top level, that is near the top level trims.
Thanks, but I started to think it's not just a thing they don't want to hear, but more like it's a "Tacoma" fan thing. I used to be a fan until I test drove a 2G taco, and then go online and see how much a 3G taco cost, lol.
Tacoma's are not affordable, LOL.
I'm curious to see if they will sell out or not for this new gen. I know they did well with previous gens but for 2024, everything else have been gaining a lot of attention too, example; new coloradao, new ranger, and new maverick.
Yes, imo the previous gen...
