Tried the rear window at lunch. It’s true. After opening or closing, Qi charging stops for about 5 seconds then resumes.

Wow. I checked the manual. Nothing regarding this in the Qi section. Maybe the Tacoma is so powerful and fast that the wind blows it off the charger. /s

My belief is that for 90% of these guys I see on city streets with full on setups and 12mpg don’t need or use it. It’s the equivalent of leather for Harley riders. It’s image. It makes me think of the biker South Park episode. I hate posers. Edit- watched again. He hit it right on the head...

All of the (computer) armchair vehicle designer comments make me cringe. I’m excited to see what it looks like but really don’t care. If I Iike it, cool. If I don’t, I don’t. All the comments about its look (of a fricking silhouette) are tiring. Just me?

Right? For most people, getting rid of whatever they just bought is not realistic. Enjoy it, exercise warranty coverage if needed. Get a hobby with your (our) nice truck; the world is your oyster. Forget the web!

I just ignore all the negative comments. I think the majority of commenters are just repeating what they hear to dump on the “new” thing, regardless if it’s a car, truck, video game console, whatever. Previous stakeholders think they’re superior; it’s dumb.

The resale value of my wheels and tires are so low (Sr5) that I plan to wait for them to wear before I get an aftermarket setup and leveling/lift.

Bought my Tacoma because i was tired of car-topping my big heavy fishing kayak! Would love the chance for some mats to keep the sand out of my taco!

My complaint is that the dealers generally charge way too much for shipping.
