This is very much a common and ongoing issue with the Grand Highlander. Owners have resorted to installing a diy two piece mesh screen behind the bumper to protect the rads against rock strikes. It’s definitely a design issue on Toyota. Form over function.

More dealers, shops and parts stores are being informed about oil supply shortages...with guidance about using suitable substitutions, including mixing viscosity grades and/or going up a grade. They never mention going down viscosity grades tho lol.

@saerandy shouldn't your 100c viscosity be at least over 8 cst to be in grade for 0w20? At least your fuel dilution is under 1 (% I'm assuming).
