I've been eye-balling the Kuat IBEX bed rack and was hopeful someone is running it and can give their thoughts. I don't have any plans for an RTT. Instead I want the kayak mounts, so not really worried about weight capacity.
More interested in thoughts on value for the cost (this setup is a...
Their "response" to you would give me serious pause about giving this company my business. I can't begin to imagine how much fun they'd be to deal with if something went wrong with the roof rack...
I've had this on my wish list since I got my Taco! I'd love to make use of the light bar, but primarily, having the roof rack would allow me to finally get larger tires and mount the spare on the roof rack, instead of having it beat up under the truck or having to spend $3500 on a new rear...
Definitely put Christmas Mtn., Black Gap, and Old Ore on your trail list. There's a pretty amazing trail in the State Park as well, Fresno Trail. Goes down into what seems like a dried-up river bed and is really beautiful.
I would definitely have use for this. I loathe tonneau covers and instead opted for two Pelican cases bolted to the bed rails. Having a perpetually open bed, this net would definitely help to keep not-bolted-down gear from flying out (and reduce the temptation of sticky-fingered passers-bye).
I have a 2024 TRD Off-Road with the tow package. Had it in Colorado two weeks ago and experienced this issue going up to the peak of Imogene Pass. I was in 4H and the trans temp was slowly increasing all the way up the trail. It never got to a warning message, but I did stop a couple of times...
I'm not familiar with the charger you mentioned nor what its mount would look like, but there are several options for bed rail mounting platforms on Amazon.

There's probably 10,000 dudes in Texas who drive pristine F250s that have never had so much as a beer can, let alone an actual tool, touch the truck bed that would salivate over this.
Yep, the SIDEMT001B Side Mount (Toyota Deck Rail) is what I got along with the BX80 case. The BX50 is a small, less expensive option, depending upon how much you plan to store in there. I went with the larger BX80 so I'd need the cross-bed case (BX135) less often...
I too considered the Swing Case. But, when I looked at it's measurements compared to what I wanted to keep in it (portable air compressor, recovery kit, folding traction boards, etc.), I realized it wasn't enough cargo space.
Then I considered the Decked drawer system, but realized the drawer...
