I don’t care that much about how the wheels and tires look. I’m an old woman. 👵🏼
That Nitto weighs 12.3 lbs. more than my stock tires. To me that is a substantial difference. My aim with this set is better in snow and close to stock weight.
I think you should have just gone with a stock size tire if you wanted to stay close to stock weight and drivability. Your speedo will now be off, so when it says 60 mph, you’ll actually be going 58. Plus your mpg readout will now be messed up. I’d cancel that order and get some 265/70 r18 tires.

I couldn’t find any that I liked for our use case. The speedo consequences are not important to me, and I was aware of them.
Update: My XTool has a tire size calibration function. Even if the 4x4 shop doesn’t recalibrate, I can DIY it.

Longer term, I plan to get the Method Bead Grip 17” wheels and likely go slightly bigger and a little heavier/beefier on tires, but I want us to get more use out of the truck close to stock for the time being.
