My ideal Taco would be this with the Hybrid, which I am hoping is less than the $3,720 difference in the Tundra Hybrid v. Non Hybrid. I would like to add a Heritage Grill / Light Bar similar to the Trail Hunter and the Tri-Fold Tonneau Cover, but I don't see those options. Maybe after market.

It's important to stand strong against ADM. I'll wait to let production to fill the lots. Good luck to everyone!

While I agree with you it does not seem to hurt Toyota sales numbers.
I’m sure they will be just fine but this more about customers getting fair value . In that concern I think ford /Nissan has won on that point . Realiablity etc is still up for grabs but Toyota has great record

Why are some of you comparing much higher trim Tacomas with more features to lower Colorados and rangers?

also, on the note about too many packages. There really is only 4-5. The options you see are them combined.

heated seats, screen and Audi upgrade, upgraded package, premium package.

If quality isn't then what sense does it make ?

Man these prices are just more of a let down every time I look at them. I'm going to wait and see how much the hybrid option adds and what the Pro ends up being before I decide what I want to do. I'd consider a Limited if the Pro ends up being more than I want to spend but even with the base Taco engine it cost about what the Denali does, and you can get those a few grand under MSRP now. :(

It also sucks you can't get the HUD with the Sport or OR.

Kinda weird that also none of the TRD packages are for a 6ft bed

and was hoping for more of the AAP products online but none of them are

The configurator is not matching the photo with your build. I built a 5' bed and this photo is clearly a 6'. And the interior photo shows the 14" screen and I selected the base package with 8" screen. I'm sure they will correct it eventually.
