That does seem high. I thought my miles were impressive. Bought mine in April 2024 and I've cleared the 56,000 mark. Sure glad I bought an extended warranty, but the way things are going I may have wasted my money. Running great. No issues.

The thing about Carfax is that it is rigid and very prone to false data entry. I have seen too many instances of a car being locked into having higher mileage on carfax because an inattentive mechanic entered an extra digit.
