2024 TRD OFF ROAD PREMIUM 4x4 won't engage and "breaks" leaving the car stuck in 2wd - 3rd time at the dealership now

Dealer was quick to blame it on me. Craziest part is they gave me a version of my own truck as a loaner for the first time so I did EXACTLY what I did in the new loaner that they said caused things to break in my truck and the outcome was not the same.
1) my window in this new truck doesn't rattle. My truck window sounds like it's going to explode.
2) 4x4 works fine. They said because I was in park and put it into 4hi I broke it somehow even though it never engaged, never even tried to engage, I somehow did it and broke it. I did the exact same thing in the exact same spot in basically the exact same CONDITIONS and it did not break.
I am absolutely convinced this dealership will never take ownership of the problem and I am talking to a lawyer. They need a lot of documentation but I'm slowly working on it. I genuinely just want the truck swapped out with a new one or a refund of every red cent of the cost plus whatever fees, but honestly I'd take another trd off road premium tacoma. I just think this is a one off. I think by 2025 it's fixed.
I'm going to keep this updated but I'm livid. If I was mad before, I'm so offended by how they treated me, as if I'm some kind of car destroying liar, that I tried to leave. I can't stand it. They are the shadiest dealership I've ever encountered and toyota should be ashamed.
I made videos but I swore in them so I'm going to go redo it so I don't sound like a sailor, but the truck works in all the conditions they said it won't and said that's why it broke.
I am desperate for help. If anyone knows someone up the chain at toyota that can help I'm dying here. 57k dollar truck is breaking any time you try to use 4wd and it just happens over and over and over.
