Same issue on my 2026 TRD OR after rolling over 8000 miles (Upgrade package with cloth electric seats). Guess I need to open some wine.

2025 Lumbar / Seat issue

I believe this is where my dealer put foam to fix my issue. Finally. Double check your seat but I think those 3 vertical white strips is how they fixed it.
I guess I’m close to my 10k service. Doesn’t hurt to mention this and see if my dealer has fixed it before.
Definitely. It took them so long then when they described the sound to make sure it was the right one they said that was "normal". Go figure. I fought them a bit about it and listened to one on the showroom floor and agreed mine was not nearly as loud and finally fixed it.
