2025 Trailhunter factory wheel specs - offset?

I believe they are 32-33 pounds and +20 offset
• Wheel Diameter: 18 inches
• Wheel Width: 8.5 inches
• Offset (ET): +20 mm
• Associated Factory Tires: 265/70R18 all-terrain (e.g., Goodyear Territory R/T, ~32.6 inches overall diameter)

Are these correct?
I have 18x9 with +20 offset, but using 275/70R18. Full turn, I can fit my finger between tire and fender. Just enough for flexing the suspension on the street, but I wouldn't want to go baja driving with that little spacing.I'm trying to order custom wheels, will this setup work without fender modification?

The only one I'm not sure is hub, I beleive it's 95.10. My after market wheels came with a centering ring from 106 wheel to hub 95.10. It went inside the Fuel Wheel, before mounting on vehicle. Most aftermarket wheels come with a larger diameter for the center (hub).
Also the oem lug nuts do not fit Fuel Wheels, they are round ball seat on the end. The wheel takes conical seat. Whomever you buy wheels from, should know this (aka tirerack or customoffsets).
