2025 TRD OffRoad - truck still thinks the trailer is plugged in after towing

Update to my trailer issues: I had the update completed and have not experienced the same issue. It does however take some time for the system to recognize that the trailer is no longer attached. Driving forward for a bit seems to do the trick.

I do find the wording confusing. It seems it might could/should be "No, the trailer isn't connected."

So you make one mistake and that's it you're stuck forever? Why is there no setting to disable this? Seems like Toyota built this in to suck your money after warranty expires.
