Oh yea, I should mention this budget option. We have them on my wife's Jeep. They are discount tires house brand manufactured by Kumho. They are E rated, but not crazy heavy @ 54. Full set installed was under $800 with a 50k mileage warranty. Have driven them all over the west coast in everything but snow and they're pretty awesome. Ride is great. Wouldn't hesitate to put them on my truck considering the price and performance. 3PMS too.

I put on 265/70/18 Bridgestone Dueler Ascent A/T's and they have been GREAT tires. I know they don't get much love here, but they are 5X quieter and ride 10x better then the stock BF Goodrich Trail Terrains.
That's going to be my next set of tires. I heard good things about these tires. I totally agree with you, they don't get much love here. But I like them.

Had em on our Wrangler from the factory. Got 50k miles and still had some life left when we swapped em out. Good tires !
