I installed one of these with some 1/8in killMat rubber sound matting on underside. Makes a significant reduction in injector noise / engine clatter under acceleration.

Had to take mine off... i was hearing vibrations from inside the cabin and couldn't figure out where it was coming from... After 6 months with it, the metal snapped on it. Reaching out to Victory now to see.

I assume that these brackets are made of 6061-T6 aluminum. Steel wouldn't crack that easy. Did they send you a new bracket? I don't understand why they made the top plate out of two pieces.

Ease of manufacture. Far easier to make multiple bolt together parts that obtuse complex shapes, especially when stamped.

These are most likely waterjet or plasma cut parts.

Bummer this doesn't fit the Hybrid version but I'm wondering if we can just buy the cover Toyota already has for the models with the same engine and put it on? My 5.7L cover on my old Tundra is a lot nicer than this one.
