what are these little white dots? I’m pretty sure it’s not original .

And they say they can’t fix hood gap and fender gaps lol

Ha, I had Gerber do one of my other vehicles. That was a mistake.

The gaps are about like yours. Nothing really to do about that. Just live with it.

The fender flares seem fine. They just pop in and out with clips anyways.

Paint seems like it might be over spray or contamination? That underground seems like it's hard to match.

I agree looks like a white paint overspray from another car getting worked on nearby in their shop. For the misalignment on the hood, I'd think it might be possible to barely loosen the bolts one side at a time and have a helper lift the hood and then tighten them back down. That's about the misalignment I'd see from the tolerance in a bolt hole. For the fender gap don't think there's much you can do for that other than massive similar to the hood alignment above, as Maxx said those flares just pop out.
