Hey everyone, my console lid came marred. I'm looking to replace it but I am not the best at looking at the exploded pictures and getting the parts number.

I'm looking for the base black console lid cover and the softex one (I want to see the difference in price)

anyone got these?

I bet if you call a Toyota dealers parts department you’d get all your questions answered. To me that seems to make more sense.

I have had less than stellar luck with the dealerships in my area and ordering online has been more reliable hence the question.

I came up with four part numbers. This wasn't hard.

Call a different dealer. You stated you’re not the best at looking at exploded views and part numbers, so you can understand why you’ve not had stellar luck ordering parts. Still don’t understand the issue, if they ordered you the wrong part they’ll take back the part and try and order it again. On top of all that if the console lid came marred, it should be covered under warranty. u just never understand why there are so many posts asking for part numbers. Parts departments do not work that way, never will the order a part for a customer who says I want one of these part numbers, they will just ask the make model and year and then order it. Imagine if a dealership ordered parts based on a customer giving them a Part numbers that a customer got off some online forum, they’d have more wrong parts coming in than ever. they won’t order you a part based on a number that a customer states to them.

Thanks. None of the websites I found provided the descriptive detail like the one you screenshot. Would you mind sharing threat link so I don’t have to bother anyone?

Looking to get a bigger volume control knob on my 9" infotainment or radio volume control, 2024 TRD SPORT.
