Don’t have a great way to weigh it, but I’ve lifted it. I’d guess altogether it’s between 75 and 100 pounds.

what's the torx size on this again? can the sport bar install without the 90 deg bed wall braces?

I didn’t catch the size. I have a kit with various sizes and I just found the size that worked. The rack has one size and the bed rails are a smaller size.

Regarding the 90 deg braces, I’m not an engineer, but I think the are overkill. Probably only needed if you were putting a full load on the rack while doing some heavy off roading. That’s just my opinion.
