Hoping someone on here has experience with one (or both) of the above referenced bumpers.

Ironman is a little cheaper, includes a winch and with 4 cube lights, comes out to $ 2,992.93 shipped.
ARB has LED fog light / LED daytime running light / LED indicators but no winch or cube lights, and comes in at $ 3,165.83 shipped.

The winch with the Ironman is a nice bonus but not a dealbreaker or something I'd actively seek out / purchase if I ended up with the ARB. Aesthetically, I'm split on which looks better - I think the lower section is definitely better on the Ironman and the "grille" in the bumper on the ARB is pretty ugly, but the ARB has better hoops.

If anyone has any input - it would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Two nice choices! I don't have direct experience with either, though I have had the similar ARB Zenith winch bumper on my 2024 Trailhunter for a little over a year now. Although not quite the same, maybe some of my observations will be useful when weighing your options. There are pics of my truck in my build thread linked in my sig if needed.

I find it difficult to see the winch drum when re-spooling. I think this could be solved by installing and hard wiring an internal switched LED light strip at the time of installation. I wish I had done that!

It is tight for me to fit my hand between my lights to reach the clutch. I can do it, but wish I had installed something like the VICE Design clutch relocation kit at time of install.

I like that the Ironman has been crash tested. When I inquired, ARB said their Zenith bumper had been tested in computer models but not physically crash tested. Might be worth clarifying with Ironman what they mean when they say it was crash tested. Was it a simulation or a physical test? Not sure how much that difference matters.

Our trucks reach their GVWR pretty quick when we start adding accessories and loads. For that reason, I keep track of the weight I add to my truck. Something to consider. I haven't looked to compare these two bumpers. You'll have to estimate the delta between the bumper that comes off and the one that goes on, but assuming that the weight of what comes off is about the same for both then just looking at what they weight independently prior to install is reasonable. Unfortunately, our laws in the US don't allow us to get our vehicle GVWR reclassified like you can in some countries (Australia, I think). If you might exceed the GVWR, maybe consider upgraded brakes and such just to be safe. I'm sure suspension is already on your radar if not already addressed. I'm off topic a bit here.

I like that the Ironman says it has winch access. Not sure what that's like, but it could be good for reaching the clutch or just for maintenance in general.

There's a lot to like about the extras that come with the Ironman. That said, they both appear to be top tier bumpers. Good luck! One might be a better choice between these two, but either way you'll have an awesome bumper.
