It’s been over a week and I love the turbo sounds. Maybe I’m wrong now, but the intake turbo noises adds to my enjoyment. I love it.

I love the turbo sound 12,000 miles later. I’ll never do anything to silence it.

Seibon hood and fender flares. Lift and 35s. Drawer system (Decked or Dirtbox). Lights! ARB Zenith front bumper.
You ever move forward on the Seibon Hood & Flares? I have the flares ready to go on. No instructions or videos that Im aware of anywhere so was just looking for someone who has done an install.

I’ve got them on order. I’ve been watching YouTube videos on installing fender flares like the NYTOP, seems like just adhesive tape (3M VHB or something). Can’t be anything too strong because you have to take them off to remove the bumper.
The hood I’m a little worried about because I’ve never installed those cool double hood latches.

They are different than the NYTOP. They use studs that are part of the fenders with nuts/washwrs. NYTOP is mainly the tape with a few screws down low. seibon does recommend the 3M tape but they don’t have the wide flange like NYTOP does so I guess the tape just goes on the edge. Wouldn’t want tape to be exposed so will have to see how that goes. I’m supposed to have my truck that I ordered over a month ago in the next week or so - once I get it I’ll start installing all the parts that are filling up my shop.

I’ve considered ordering the hood too. I’ve heard from someone who installed one on a 4th gen that it was pretty easy to do. Still going back and forth over placing an order.
