Some chips can be repaired and a lot of insurance companies will cover that. You might want to check to see if it is, particularly if it has not cracked yet. As @Sagebrush said, definitely fix it ASAP it there is a crack.
I think this looks more like a paint chip than a glass chip. The environment the truck is used in will determine the severity of that chip. Using a good paint touch up pen(s) (color and clear) to seal the chip will help prolong the effects the environment may have on that compromised surface.
Initially, your local Toyota dealership, otherwise a local automotive paint shop should be able to source the correct color touchup pen. Lastly, with the paint color code, you could source the touchup pen online.
I have use touch up pens for a long time and never liked the results. But it is always best to cover them up and the only alternative I have used is Dr Colorchip. Doing that takes some practice and the kits are pretty expensive, but once you get the hang of it you can make really good repairs. I have checked a couple of times but they don't have Terra or I would have ordered a kit for my truck.
