Connecting Additional Lights to Bed Scene Lights

Hey all!

Has anyone added additional lights and set it to turn on with the bed scene lights?

I currently have a Cali Raised LED roof rack with 4x side led pod lights. Im wanting to get them to turn on when the bed scene lights turn on.

Can I just tap into the bed scene lights wiring or is it a bad idea?

Just tap into the bed scene lighting trigger wire and run the signal to relays that power the roof rack lights.. should work

Depending on your lighting ambitions, and budget, the Diode Dynamics D-Switch has three trigger wires that are specifically for what you want to do, no relay needed. Overkill if you are not adding several lights, not to mention way more spendy than a relay. Just throwing it out there incase you were already thinking bigger down the road.
