Damage from Discount Tire install ?

Maybe fixing the wheels is less expensive than hiring and retaining good people. I have never been back to DT after my one nasty experience, but their quality service still seems to be about the same.

I've always had good luck with DT. But I guess it only takes one bad experience. I'm glad to see they corrected it.

I have always used DT and had only experienced good. Of course I only use the one next to where I live. I have never had any damage. I think it really depends on the shop and the staff they have hired. To me it looks like someone didn’t take their time and caused damage due to lack of experience.
