GFC (Go Fast Campers)'s preview renderings of their camper installed on the 2024 Tacoma. Love GFC's stuff... expensive but quality and strong.

Looks like there won't be any room for a roof rack if optioned with an RTT.

I could be wrong, but that top part overhanging the roof along with the rest of it sticking above the roof line looks like it will cause quite a bit of drag on the highway and significantly impact MPG.

I'm putting one of these on a Trailhunter, already told my dealer to note my reservation that I'm not interested in the additional AAP factory tweaks, just send me the standard Trailhunter trim level, should be an easier order to fulfill (and who knows if my dealer will participate in the factory mod program). Only thing I don't want on it is the Marty McFly on the bed and nix the ARB roof rack for a different aftermarket kit w/a higher spoiler to break the wind on the RTT frame (but honestly that's not a huge deal, the GFCs are so low profile and light).

I asked the guys at GFC about the spoiler bumps on the 4th gen Tacomas; they said they already scanned the truck beds and are working on getting around that protrusion on the cab. Even the Marty McFly is designed around it; if you're forced to buy it w/the truck will suck, I doubt it makes it into production as standard like the sunroof. A bunch of ARB roll bars & molle panels sitting in backyards will ignite a lot of backlash

But a 2400w inverter & compressor tucked into the bed, that's awesome, go full induction, all my work tools are cordless, this is a no brainer feature for trucks today

Hopefully there's some way to throughput charge the 1.87kWh battery from solar if your base camped for multiple days. Or load an extra gas can/run the truck to recharge the iForce pack...?
