I've got a '25 Trailhunter with the 5ft bed and I'm experiencing a subtle vibration between about 15-40 MPH. I've got about 6,700 miles on the truck and don't recall feeling it until the last 1,000 miles or so. My memory tells me this truck drove incredibly smooth when it was new, and I traded a '24 Land Cruiser in for it so was already familiar with this hybrid powertrain. At about 3,000 miles I put a Super Pacific X1 camper on the truck, it weighs about 350#, and the truck still drove nicely. My wife and 20 year old son both told me separately that the Trailhunter has been making them feel nauseous lately when they drive it. I took it to the dealer, went for a ride with the service advisor, he said he felt it but he's new at the dealership. I told them I was up for paying for a tire balance and alignment if they felt it would solve it. They recommended I pay $100 for a master technician to diagnose it, I agreed, and then they called me back and said they spoke to Toyota and they won't continue to diagnose it until I remove the Super Pacific from the bed. I asked for more details and they aren't willing to share any. It seemed Toyota had some areas to investigate, but the dealership refuses to provide any more details other than saying to bring it back with an empty bed. They didn't charge me anything, I took the truck home and I'm taking a pause to decide what to do next. This truck has an open recall on it for what I think is the front driveshaft, but Toyota has no timing yet on when parts will be available. I don't want to be without the camper for long so I might wait until more is known on the recall so I'm not taking the topper off and on. It will be a major pain to do that, I was hoping the topper would go on once and stay on forever. Sorry for the long post here, but I feel your pain on dealing with Toyota on this.
I appreciate the details about your situation - it sounds very similar to mine. The more we share about this, the more information we will all have, and MAYBE one of us will find a real solution that can help others too.

I have spent the last month inspecting and testing and playing with the truck, hoping that some dumb easy thing will appear that solves it instantly.

All I know for sure is that my issue is after the torque converter (still shudders while coasting in neutral), and before the rear wheels. It's either trans, t-case, driveshaft, or rear axle.

I've got some more testing to do myself and will see how it feels coasting in neutral and in 4WD HI. Similar to you, I don't have any vibration in the steering wheel, and I feel it in the seat and in my body. Removing this camper will be a pain but I'll probably take it off soon to try and get to the bottom of this, or at least see what the dealer comes up with once they are willing to do more with it.

Yeah, definitely try testing it with different conditions (4wd, neutral, etc) to see what does and does not affect the symptoms.

Toyota is being weird these days about warranty issues. They seem very hesitant to admit that anything is wrong, and will point to anything else possible. I tested my truck with the tonneau cover and bed mat removed, stock and aftermarket wheels/tires, empty bed vs 500lb of crap in the bed, and countless other scenarios.

It sucks, but we have to be our own fierce (but polite) advocate to get anything fixed that's not a full-on failure. I'm quietly hoping that my trans blows up just to prove my point. 🥲

I tried to get them to center my bed, it's about half an inch towards driver side (you can tell pretty easily from 10ft)... and the guy went and had to run a Carfax on my 5000 mile truck that I had just bought no more than a few months prior

I also told him my grandma lives on a dirt mountain road, hence the dirt/pinstripes and etc (lie :cwl:) and he said word for word "I'll pretend I didn't hear that, Toyota won't like it if the truck has been offroad"

Bro what the actual fuck, why even bother selling a truck with 4x4 then.

I left a 1 star review for Daly City Toyota and got calls begging to hear the manager or whoever out and just ignored them.

This reminds me of Subaru spying on BRZ/GR86 owners and denying warranty claims when they see photos online of the car being used for AutoX or at the track. Slimy as fuck.

I keep getting survey requests, and I'm holding off on submitting any surveys or reviews. I'm keeping those in my back pocket for later use if I need to.

Took my PRO last week to the dealership and after 6 hours of waiting, I was told the dealership has to order parts before they can complete any warranty work. I've been experiencing similar issues with my 2024 TRD PRO. Lots of shaking, vibrations and my truck only has 12,300 miles.

The shaking was originally occurring in the front of the truck, but after the dealership did a "good faith" alignment as well as rotated the good tires to the front and the bad tires to the back, the shaking is now in the back of my truck.

I have a service appointment tomorrow morning for warranty replacement of both front rotors, both front brake pads, as well as 2 brand new tries. IDK who did the alignment at the dealership I took my truck to, but according to the service manager, the stock alignment specs from the factory are far too aggressive and caused the issues I'm experiencing. My front tires are completely bald on the outside. The rotors are both warped + ruined. Both pads are shot and need to be replaced. Not happy, especially with the price I paid for this truck. The only good part is its all under warranty claim. But, my concern, will this happen again?

Will provide an update after my truck is worked on to see if the new parts stops the shaking. I'm hoping to get a survey ;)

I tried pulling my negative battery terminal this morning for 30+ minutes, just to see what would happen. Maybe with all the electronics something would reset.

No change. Blah.
