As the title states I have a 2025 TRD Off Road long bed automatic with 5,779 miles on the odometer. Went away for a week and noticed a weird squeak or rattle coming from the front portion of the truck. No check engine lights, no shaking, no slow acceleration, does not make noise when idling or sitting still. Bumpiness of the road also does not seem to matter. Smooth blacktop or bumpy parking lot was the same. The only real thing I noticed was it’s the worst when you are between 15-38 MPH.

Also I forgot to add that you cannot here it when the window is down. Road noise is loud enough to drown out the sound.

The description makes me think of something aero-related. The following are some general ideas.

In the front, there is the grill shutter system. Many of us had the grills removed at port to have accessory changes, like fog light upgrades, done. You can start there, by pressing, pulling, seeing if anything is loose. You can also look at the air dam below. If you have removed the air dam, I've read a few comments how whistles can present themselves afterwards.

Underneath, see if any road debris has attached itself and is fluttering about. You can also look at the driveshaft to make sure anything from debris to a loose label is not flapping. With the truck cold, underneath, grab, jiggle and check to ensure items are secure, including the heat shields. If there's a spare tire, confirm it is firmly against the truck and not moving about.

Outside, if you have any rain troughs installed around the pillars or doors, look at those; they could be catching the wind and vibrating or whistling.

Inside, remove anything not factory. Empty the insides out. Then, press down on all the seats, work them back-and-forth, press against the backrest to see if anything squeaks.
