I wouldn't worry too much. These are noisy engines. The high pressure direct injection makes it sound a bit like a diesel, especially at idle.

When you AC is on, do you have a fan/radiator fan noise that turns on for like 10 seconds, turns off for 10 seconds, back on for 10 seconds, etc?

I haven't noticed that one but I'll listen for it.

My 2024 Taco SR5 is having that problem. Is it normal? Never had that problem with my first generation Taco. Please advise.

I have the same thing and it drives me crazy because it's hard to imagine that it is normal and intended. My fan is constantly cycling. The oil has not even warmed up after a cold start and I hear and feel this fan cycling. Ridiculous! I have not paid attention when the HVAC is on vs. off but I'll definitely drive it with everything off to see if the noise persists. This is one of a long list of questions I have for the dealership when I take my '25 in for its first service.

My fan cycles even if the hvac is on doesn't have to be A/C just any fan setting and it will cycle on/off 3 times a minute... If I set everything off it definitely happens less frequently
