Hello, I was reading through the maintenance/warranty manual, and I noticed that it says to lubricate the clutch fork every 5000 miles if driving on dirt/dusty roads. I have a 6MT so I believe this would apply to me. There is a note on this item that says "lubricate within 24 hours after submerging". What is the proper maintenance procedure for this?

Pull back the boot on the bell housing and put some red n tacky or other high temp moly lube on it (not WD40, white lithium is meh here)

Welcome to manual Toyota ownership hope you like doing that every 5000 miles :cwl:

My current truck is auto but I had a red 2G and a 93 pickup and the clutch always squeaked. Lube helps for a few thousand miles then it'll come back. Toyota things.

Oh yeah don't go too crazy spraying shit in the bell housing, the clutch is in there too you know, it's rather allergic to grease
