I don't think this is user configurable in any way. It's "supposed to be" hard coded in to the infotainment system. (I think) It's not accessible from Carista that I know of and is likely, or perhaps I should say, it might be a "bug." You might try disconnecting the battery for 20 or 30 minutes, let the ECU do whatever that may do to reset it, and see if the issue resolves...

There's a goodbye message? Is it on the infotainment or the cluster? I've never noticed this on my 2025.

The only "goodbye" message I've ever seen is the short info screen that displays the trip mileage info when you turn the truck off before you open the door. Never seen any other animation.
