Mounting solution for Midland MXT275? Molle Panel?

I want to add an MXT275 to my truck. I've seen the Skymo mount that goes on the passenger side grab handle, but I'd prefer a mount that would go on the molle panel under that handle. A little less intrusive that way. Can anyone recommend one? Also looking for recs on a mount for the handheld too instead of just putting it in the cup holder haha.
