My ‘25 Trailhunter LB Mods

Picked up a ‘25 Trailhunter Long Bed at the end of August when I could get a big discount on a top trim. This Tacoma drives and tows like a champ! The wife and I love to go camping and tow a Bean Trailer to either established campgrounds with pals or go to dispersed spots, hoping Bigfoot will come visit us.

The truck came equipped with this stuff, all port or factory installed.

I’m designing a custom installation to get the ARB Sport Bar back on the truck. I love that thing. I will make a stronger mount than the ones I’ve seen so far.

And inside I’m customizing the passenger side trim to add a hidey hole like the one on the driver’s side. We got an OEM lantern ready to drop in. Hole saw just arrived. Might need to beef up the support behind the trim panel.

Would love to do a demo of the trailer cam system—I will want the wife’s help. We need to attach it to the trailer. We have so far held it up to where we want to bolt it to a crossbar with t slots on the back of our trailer. Could be tomorrow or another day when we get to do this. We might need a bracket and bolts if what we have isn’t secure enough. So, thanks for asking and stay tooooonneeddd…
