Do you experience any lag between pressing the pedal and actually speeding up while driving? I saw elsewhere someone mentioning a 1.5 second lag or something around that time.

I doubt it’s that high, but all turbos have a lag.

just one more reason the hybrid is exciting !

This is my very Tacoma and it is 2024 TRD Off Road. I'm loving everything about her so far. The drive, the texture and feeling on the inside. This vehicle are really fit my work (military) and everyday drive. Didn't know much about the previous 3rd generation but after watching some YouTube and research this generation make really good updates on their stuff.

I know that many people are complaining about the prices but this is what I need and it make me happy.

With the 2 trucks that my dealership has had, plus this gentlemen's truck, they've all had spray in bedliners. I like mine having it since I frequently haul motorcycles around, but since I chose a truck that was spec'd out by the dealership beforehand, it's not like I had a choice.

If you would be so kind. Would you be able to measure from the back of the rear seat to the back of your seat where it is positioned for you? And measure the leg room in the back? I am about your height and worried my kids car/booster seat just isn’t going to fit comfortably for them at all. Your pic is the first I’ve seen that makes the rear room seem actually workable.

Great looking truck! You have the base 6 speaker sound system right? How is it? How is the comically small volume knob?
